Rev. Jeff Arp, Executive Director, and his wife, Lynn, Administrative Assistant.

Jeff & Lynn met as five-year-old’s in Sunday School. They married while in Bible College at North Central University (Minneapolis), and have two grown children, a daughter-in-love and two grandchildren. Jeff has been ordained with the Assemblies of God since 1990. He has a Master of Arts degree from Crown College (St. Bonifacius, MN), and is working on his doctorate through Trinity Graduate School (Ellendale, ND).

Prior to his ministry at Teen Challenge of Greater Cleveland Jeff served as Vice President of Training & U.S. Operations for Living Free, Inc. Jeff has served as the Men’s Ministries and Light For The Lost Director of the Northern Missouri Ministry Network of The Assemblies of God since 2018. He also served as the Intake Director and Director of Community Outreach for Sheepgate, a Teen Challenge ministry in Iowa & Nebraska.

Lynn is a RN, BSN and is a former nursing instructor and Youth and Children’s Coordinator for Dade County Community Library in Trenton, GA.

To God be the glory for all the lives that have been touched and changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ in this Teen Challenge ministry. We are thankful to the Lord for everyone who has come along side and helped us to keep on keeping on in the ongoing challenge of reaching and teaching for Jesus Christ!
